Our established Mentoring program provides at-risk and single parent children with role models to help them succeed in life. The program supports children ages 6-16, both at the community center and outside.

Our studies show that kids who successfully complete our mentoring programs are:

  • more confident in themselves
  • able to get along better with their families
  • less likely to begin using illegal drugs and alcohol

If you have an hour or more per week to donate your time and make a difference, contact us to find out about mentoring opportunities. We especially need male role models, and couples can work together as a mentoring team if desired.

Mentoring is a proven approach to drive rich learning and development for both mentees and mentors. Therefore, mentoring also benefits the sponsoring organization. For employers, mentoring increases retention, promotion rates, and employee satisfaction. That’s why we’ve successfully partnered with several businesses for our program. But, we’re still looking for more mentors! Contact us to get signed up today. We require an extensive background check prior to pairing children with a mentor.
